128R and 126 North Street - Neighborhood Meeting Notice

Dear Neighbor,

On behalf of Upright Properties, LLC., and the families who will live in the residences, we are pleased to invite you to a second neighborhood meeting to discuss our revised plans for the proposed project at 128R and 126 North Street, which are located within the R-6 zoning (Munjoy Hill Overlay) district.  The project includes a phased approach with the first phase being the redevelopment of the 128R lot into a 6 unit, 4 story residential building and the second phase being the reconstruction of the 126 lot into a 3 story, 5 unit rental property.  Ground level parking at both locations will allow us to reduce the amount of parking spaces used on the street and storage space for bicycle parking will be provided as well.  Both buildings will include modern fire/life safety systems and will exceed the stat's energy efficiency requirements.  Both buildings are designed to fair housing accessibility standards, providing 7 fully adaptable housing units.  In addition to providing improved housing, the sidewalk will be rebuilt to City technical standards.

Meeting Date:  Thursday, January 16, 2020

Meeting Time:  5:30 p.m.

This notification supersedes the postcard dated December 27, 2019.  There is no longer a meeting on January 9, 2020.
