Portland Public Health Center, formerly known as India Street Public Health Center, has been part of the community for over 20 years and just recently moved to 39 Forest Ave. All our programs are based in harm reduction and we work to meet people where they are to achieve their prevention and health goals.

Please note, Positive Health Care closed in 2016 and the Travel Immunization Clinic is no longer running. Please contact Intermed (207) 774-5711 OR Martins Point (207) 828-2402 for travel immunizations.
